The U.S. Department of Justice Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) seeks to build the capacity of states, state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to implement new and innovative approaches to enhance existing juvenile drug treatment courts (JDTCs) and improve outcomes for youth with substance use disorder or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, including those with histories of trauma. Applicants are required to complete a two-step submission process.
