Division director, Center for Advancing Justice
All Rise seeks a director to lead its newest division, the Center for Advancing Justice, which serves as an incubator for innovation at every stage of the justice system, from initial contact with law enforcement to community reentry following incarceration. Reporting to the chief development officer, the division director will be responsible for leading the Center during a time of rapid growth. The division director will work with the chief development officer to refine the division’s strategic vision, funding strategy, and programmatic priorities for the coming years. They will supervise and manage division staff and consultants, oversee the day-to-day implementation of a diverse slate of projects, serve as the primary point of contact with funders and key partner agencies, and coordinate with All Rise’s other division directors to promote a unified organizational mission—to champion research-based strategies that promote healing, accountability, public safety, and an equitable justice system for all those impacted by substance use or mental health disorders.

Project director, Treatment Court Institute
The project director is responsible for coordinating and collaborating with local jurisdictions and other All Rise divisions to deliver training and/or technical assistance to treatment court professionals. The project director ensures that assigned project activities are carried out in accordance with agency and grant specifications, schedules, and budgets; coordinates interdepartmental functions to minimize delays; and meets with project team members regularly to review project status and plan future project deliverables.

Facilitators
Facilitators lead treatment court teams through 1 to 3 day All Rise and divisional trainings across the country, and possess a combination of subject-matter expertise and presentation skills. Facilitators must have a deep understanding of Best Practices Standards and how to apply them to a treatment court program.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years actively working in the treatment court field or retired and keeping current on the latest research and applications
- Deep understanding of the 10 Key Components of Drug Courts and Adult Drug Court Best Practice Standards Vol. I & II
Responsibilities
- Lead group facilitation
- Present on discipline or topic specific subjects
- Write report following trainings
- Follow All Rise messaging standards
- Communicate with All Rise in a timely manner
- Book travel by set deadlines
- Submit reimbursements by set deadlines

Specialized Presenters
Specialized presenters work in fields relevant to treatment courts and provide All Rise and its divisions with subject-matter expertise for webinars, in-person training and consultation. Topic areas may include toxicology, medication assisted treatment, substance use, mental health, addiction sciences, research, and criminal justice.

Field Vacancy Announcements
Licensed Therapist, UC-Irvine Young Adult Court – Santa Ana, CA
This is a full-time, in-person position; work would be conducted on-site at Orangewood Foundation, at the Santa Ana Courthouse, and within the community. Along with another licensed therapist on the team (LCSW) and under the general supervision of the clinical director (LCP), you would be responsible for providing substance use assessment and therapy services to 18-25-year-old males enrolled in our court program. Therapy services are voluntary, and we are not a treatment court. Other duties would include collaborative team meetings with case managers and probation officers to develop holistic treatment plans for clients, and identifying and linking youth to appropriate recovery resources for youth (e.g., intensive outpatient or residential programs, medication for substance use disorder, detox).

Criminal Justice Services (CJS) is responsible for promoting improvements in the criminal justice system through interagency cooperation, coordination, and planning. It was formed in 2010 by the Mecklenburg County Manager’s Office in response to findings from a Justice & Public Safety Task Force.
Program Specialist for State Treatment Court Program – St. Paul, MN
The Program Specialist will conduct outreach, assess needs, develop plans, manage implementation projects, and support court certification for the 70+ treatment courts in Minnesota. This position will work closely with the statewide Treatment Court program team and with local courts and justice partners. The Program Specialist will support the Minnesota Judicial Branch’s goal of expanding access to treatment courts within Minnesota.
