Statewide training project director, Treatment Court Institute

The project director is responsible for coordinating and collaborating with  statewide planning teams and interagency divisions to provide training for state conferences and workshops. The project director is also responsible for ensuring that activities are carried out following established specifications, schedules, and budgets; coordinating interdepartmental functions to minimize delays; and meeting with program team members regularly to review program status and plan future project deliverables.

All Rise is looking for energetic and knowledgeable public health and public safety professionals to join us on the road as facilitators or specialized presenters. If you are comfortable with public speaking and leading group facilitation, we want you!

Facilitators

Facilitators lead treatment court teams through 1 to 3 day All Rise and divisional trainings across the country, and possess a combination of subject-matter expertise and presentation skills. Facilitators must have a deep understanding of Best Practices Standards and how to apply them to a treatment court program.

Required Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years actively working in the treatment court field or retired and keeping current on the latest research and applications
  • Deep understanding of the 10 Key Components of Drug Courts and Adult Drug Court Best Practice Standards Vol. I & II
Responsibilities
  • Lead group facilitation
  • Present on discipline or topic specific subjects
  • Write report following trainings
  • Follow All Rise messaging standards
  • Communicate with All Rise in a timely manner
  • Book travel by set deadlines
  • Submit reimbursements by set deadlines
  • Update All Rise of any changes in position

Specialized Presenters

Specialized presenters work in fields relevant to treatment courts and provide All Rise and its divisions with subject-matter expertise for webinars, in-person training and consultation. Topic areas may include toxicology, medication assisted treatment, substance use, mental health, addiction sciences, research, and criminal justice.

Field Vacancy Announcements

Program Specialist for State Treatment Court Program – St. Paul, MN

The Program Specialist will conduct outreach, assess needs, develop plans, manage implementation projects, and support court certification for the 70+ treatment courts in Minnesota. This position will work closely with the statewide Treatment Court program team and with local courts and justice partners. The Program Specialist will support the Minnesota Judicial Branch’s goal of expanding access to treatment courts within Minnesota.
