Abby Frutchey
Abby Frutchey, L.M.S.W., L.A.D.C., C.C.S., is the substance use response coordinator for the Community Caring Collaborative and a certified clinical supervisor for the Washington County Adult Drug Treatment Court in Maine, of which she is a 2006 alumna. As a licensed substance use treatment provider, she specializes in treating justice-involved individuals. She is also an adjunct professor at Washington County Community College, where she teaches students who are incarcerated or otherwise justice involved.
Ms. Frutchey joined the All Rise Board of Directors in 2020 and is the first treatment court alumna to serve as a member. She is a co-founder and the current vice chair of the board of directors of the National Treatment Court Alumni Association, working to enhance support for treatment court alumni nationwide. She serves on the board of directors for the Co-Occurring Collaborative Serving Maine, as well as on advisory committees for the National Treatment Court Resource Center and the State of Maine Treatment Court Steering Committee. She is also a committee member for a variety of organizations and coalitions, including the Alliance for Addiction and Mental Health Services, Maine. Ms. Frutchey holds a bachelor of science degree in human services management from the University of Phoenix and a master of social work degree from the University of Maine.
