All Rise’s Impaired Driving Solutions (IDS) periodically selects exemplary impaired driving treatment courts to serve as academy courts. These programs serve as a national model for impaired driving treatment courts, hosting foundational workshops, receiving staff from other jurisdictions for site visits, and playing a significant role in research and media opportunities.

We are now accepting applications to serve as an academy court for the upcoming 2026-2028 term. There are many benefits to joining the IDS Academy Court Network, including:

• National recognition
• Unique training and materials from IDS to help with site visits from other courts
• Opportunities to participate in cutting-edge research
• Two (2) scholarships to help defray costs associated with travel to attend RISE, the preeminent conference on addiction, mental health, and justice innovation
• A stipend for ongoing staff training, implementing improved program practices, and site visit costs
