• Virtual experience: Through video conferencing, this virtual experience will allow your entire team to have a front-row seat with a mentor court and enable them to ask questions and learn how mentor courts operate from start to finish. In addition, your team can virtually observe court staffing and hearings.
• In-person experience: Up to two individuals from your team can travel to a mentor court for in-depth, firsthand learning. Attendees will have the chance to meet the mentor court team and observe in-person court staffing and hearings to get an authentic behind-the-scenes look at program operations.
• Professional shadowing: This experience is for those who want to learn more about their roles or are new to the team. It provides an opportunity to work one-on-one with a treatment court professional in a specific discipline to better understand how to be effective in your team role.
