Adult Treatment Court Operational Tune-Up Workshops
Advanced workshops to improve outcomes in established adult treatment courts
Overview
This interactive workshop is designed for established adult treatment court programs seeking to fine-tune their program to ensure that it meets the latest evidence-based best practice standards. Workshops will be conducted virtually in 2026 and will improve outcomes in your program by expanding your team’s knowledge and skills. Programs must have been in operation for at least two years to be considered.
This two-day, virtual workshop is facilitated by seasoned experts with years of adult treatment court experience. Participating teams will review the critical foundational practices of successful programs, gain advanced knowledge leading to higher success rates, and learn about innovative treatment practices.
Through this workshop, participants will:
- Learn the latest best practices and how they should be applied
- Revise policies and practices relating to target population, treatment, and incentives, sanctions, and service adjustments
- Receive updates on pertinent case law

- Submission of your operations manual and participant handbook
- A letter of support from your state treatment court coordinator
- One point of contact for all coordination
