Key Dates for Registration and Housing

We know this is the information you want up front! New this year, registration and housing will open on different dates:

• Registration will open on Tuesday, February 17 at 1:00 p.m. ET. We encourage you to review deadlines, price points, and membership discount opportunities in advance. If you submitted a session proposal, you will be notified about whether your proposal was accepted before registration opens so that you can plan accordingly.
• Housing will open on Tuesday, March 10 at 1:00 p.m. ET. You will receive an email that day with more detailed instructions for securing accommodations. We have secured eight (8) hotel blocks that will honor government per diem rates, three of which will have daily shuttle service.
