Hon. Robert Rancourt (emeritus)
Hon. Robert G. Rancourt (ret.) is an emeritus member and past chair of the All Rise Board of Directors. He was appointed as a Minnesota district court judge in 2002 and was subsequently elected to the position until his retirement in 2020. He is a member of the board of directors for the Addiction Policy Forum. Judge Rancourt has served on the advisory council for the National Institute on Drug Abuse. He is the past co-chair of the Minnesota Drug Court Initiative Advisory Committee and was a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Minnesota District Judges Association, and Minnesota Supreme Court Chemical Dependency Task Force.
Judge Rancourt has presented at national and international conferences and events, including at the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs and before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, and he is the recipient of the Stanley Goldstein Treatment Court Hall of Fame Award from All Rise. He received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Miami and his juris doctor degree from the Mitchell Hamline University School of Law.
