Juvenile Treatment Provider Training
Training for treatment providers working with adolescents in the justice system
Overview
Presented in partnership with the American Society of Addiction Medicine, this training is designed for addiction treatment professionals working with adolescent clients in treatment courts and other justice interventions. Professionals both new and advanced will learn evidence-based methods for the effective treatment of justice-involved adolescents with substance use disorders. Continuing education hours are available.
Training is presented in two parts:
- Part 1: A recorded prerequisite training that must be viewed prior to the live training component
- Part 2: A live, virtual training led by seasoned experts in juvenile justice and treatment

Cost
All juvenile treatment provider trainings are free of charge, supported by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention within the Office of Justice Programs at the U.S. Department of Justice.
