All Rise is looking for energetic and knowledgeable public health and public safety professionals to join us on the road as facilitators or specialized presenters. If you are comfortable with public speaking and leading group facilitation, we want you!

Facilitators

Facilitators lead treatment court teams through 1 to 3 day All Rise and divisional trainings across the country, and possess a combination of subject-matter expertise and presentation skills. Facilitators must have a deep understanding of Best Practices Standards and how to apply them to a treatment court program.

Required Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years actively working in the treatment court field or retired and keeping current on the latest research and applications
  • Deep understanding of the 10 Key Components of Drug Courts and Adult Drug Court Best Practice Standards Vol. I & II
Responsibilities
  • Lead group facilitation
  • Present on discipline or topic specific subjects
  • Write report following trainings
  • Follow All Rise messaging standards
  • Communicate with All Rise in a timely manner
  • Book travel by set deadlines
  • Submit reimbursements by set deadlines
  • Update All Rise of any changes in position

Specialized Presenters

Specialized presenters work in fields relevant to treatment courts and provide All Rise and its divisions with subject-matter expertise for webinars, in-person training and consultation. Topic areas may include toxicology, medication assisted treatment, substance use, mental health, addiction sciences, research, and criminal justice.

Statewide Treatment Court Certification Coordinator – Salt Lake City, UT

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Statewide Treatment Court Coordinator and/or a Court Level Administrator, this position will assist in the critical role of supporting treatment courts in districts throughout the state. Primarily, this position will assist with treatment court certification, training, technical assistance, and analyzing court procedures for quality and effectiveness.

The administrative teams at the Administrative Office of the Court are committed to advancing the mission of the judiciary by providing an open, fair, efficient, and independent system for the advancement of justice under the law.

Judicial Attorney to Chief Justice Sharon L. Kennedy – Columbus, OH

Supreme Court of Ohio Chief Justice Sharon L. Kennedy is accepting applications for the position of Judicial Attorney in her chambers.  Judicial Attorneys review and analyze arguments presented in a variety of motions and memoranda involving all areas of the Supreme Court’s jurisdiction under Article IV, Section 2(B) of the Ohio Constitution.  In addition, Judicial Attorneys research and prepare initial drafts of merit opinions at the direction of the Chief Justice.

Problem-Solving Courts Case Manager – Cook County, IL

This is a full-time, position fully devoted to support the Circuit Court of Cook County Problem-solving Court Programs. The Office of the Chief Judge is the lead agency and is seeking a case manager to coordinate services for the participants in the Veterans Treatment, Drug and Mental Health Courts, currently operating in the Circuit Court of Cook County.

Problem-Solving Courts Staff Psychologist – Cook County, IL

This is a full-time, limited duration position funded by Cook County Adult Redeploy Illinois (ARI) grant funded thru June 30, 2024 with a potential 12-month renewal if continuation of grant funds are awarded. The Office of the Chief Judge is the lead agency and is seeking a Staff Psychologist who will provide operational support to the Problem-Solving Courts operating at the George N. Leighton Criminal Court Building.
